sleep for thirty minutes it produces groggyness,

sleeping for twenty minus produces a energy boosting to wake you up,

sleeping for hour one and thirty minutes helps you to develop the creativity and helps you to improvise, sleeping for one hour helps a you to avoid groggunss.
